Oma's Puffers is a family-owned business bringing authentic Dutch cuisine and culture to Los Angeles.
Puffers, traditionally known as poffertjes (puff-er-CHUS), are a pancake-like surprise with a light, dense middle similar to a mini-soufflé.
To experience the unique flavors that have been passed down three generations, we recommend that you eat puffers the traditional way—with creamy butter and a dusting of powdered sugar. However, you can also personalize the puffers by adding sweet or savory toppings, such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, or an indulgent chocolate hazelnut drizzle.
Whichever toppings you choose to add, you'll enjoy an irresistible bite-sized snack, dessert, or hors d'oeuvre that are guaranteed to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters!
