Oma's Puffers is a family-owned catering business bringing authentic Dutch cuisine and culture to Los Angeles. Our signature dish, Puffers, traditionally known as poffertjes (puff-er-CHUS), offers a unique, pancake-like experience with a light, dense middle similar to a mini-soufflé.

To truly savor the flavors passed down through three generations, we recommend enjoying our poffertjes the traditional way—with creamy butter and a dusting of powdered sugar.
